Execute the merchandising strategies for eCommerce to help drive product discovery and engagement. Responsible for identifying opportunities and recommending new ideas to increase sales and profit.


* Review and execute eCommerce merchandising goals and strategies to achieve sales and profit.
* Responsible for reviewing daily/weekly site testing to ensure correct presentation of product and data is accurate.
* Work with Merchandise Analyst to ensure that product is set up accurately (price, delivery, requesting swatches, etc.).
* Assist in the development of the seasonal plans for eCommerce
* Organize eCommerce photography needs and advises designers and stylist on changes with the creative team.
* Assist manager in developing content, features, promos, and landing pages within website to drive product discovery.
* Work with inventory management team to determine product availability needs and execute sale and clearance strategies.
* Review and distribute weekly, monthly sales reports. Analyze sales for eCommerce to identify opportunities for the channel. Communicate opportunities and findings to cross channel partners.
* Keep abreast of market trends, consumer trends, competition, customer service issues, and eCommerce technology and dynamics. Perform and maintain competitive website analysis.

* BA/BS required.
* Previous experience in eCommerce merchandising
* Strong affinity for product
* Advanced Excel skills; with strong computer and systems understanding
* Attention to detail and well organized
* Ability to make timely decisions, work in a fast pace and often-changing environment
