JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a TEMPORARY Graphic Digital Designer for the Pottery Barn brand. This person will design, organize and update brand-specific recruiting website and assets, landing pages and editorial content.

You're excited about this opportunity because you will work on two very important projects for our brands:

* 1. Re-design the Pottery Barn, PB Kids and PB Teen Careers Site and support the revisions on the WSI Career website.
* 2. Develop digital and printed creative assets to be used on social media sites to communicate open jobs and attract talent.

* Work in collaboration with the Brand Creative team, Store leadership and HR leadership
* Collaborate with the brand Social Media Manager on social media assets as required
* Design for new site functionality; come up with creative solutions that work within the brand style guide
* Conceptualize and offer creative solutions for innovating, improving and optimizing various areas on sites

* Collaborate with the brand Copywriter to gain feedback and ideas.
* Develop strong partnerships with peers, forming professional relationships allowing for positive influence and engagement
* Develop open communication in an environment where all associates are treated fairly and with dignity and respect, in accordance with our People First Philosophy.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

We're excited about you because you have...

* 3+ years studio or client-side digital design experience
* Design experience working for a consumer brand would be highly desirable
* Relevant tertiary qualifications in graphic or digital design
* Proficiency in Adobe CC and Photoshop
* A portfolio that demonstrates strong digital design and copy skills
* The ability to work independently and take responsibility and ownership of projects and tasks
* An open and collaborative style, responsive and open to two-way feedback
