About the Role

Support the PBteen Textile Team in creating production ready art from approved designs. This includes screen printing, rotary printing, digital printing, yarn dyed (stripes, twills, plaids) woven and knits. Understanding of finishes and washes a plus.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

We're excited about you because...

You have experience with creating artwork specifications for final products

You are able to create multiple colorations and select color chips for specs

You will assist in printing finalized art on fabric for presentations, and color correcting if needed.

You pride yourself on attention to detail and can balance priorities in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

Minimum 4 years product design experience.

* Degree in Design or equivalent experience.
* Design Skills, Creative and Inspirational thinker, Deadline driven.

* Must have excellent Photoshop and Illustrator skills
* Must have an understanding of screen printing and weaving techniques
* Must have excellent color sensibility and understand how to adjust color for matching accuracy

Technical Competencies required:
