Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is looking for an Associate Web Merchandiser (Décor & Accessories) for the Pottery Barn Teen brand. The right person will execute the merchandising, product channel and visual merchandising strategies for the site to maximize sales and drive profit. This person will also identify opportunities and make recommendations on news concepts for the channel to enhance the brand.

You are excited for this opportunity because you will...

* Assist in the development of the seasonal plans for the channel
* Review plans and eCommerce merchandising goals as well as develop website merchandise strategies to achieve sales and gross margin goals
* Assist in the communication and execution of the Visual Merchandising strategy for the site
* Be responsible for the integration and merchandising of key product areas throughout the website
* Work with Inventory Management to determine product availability needs as well as sales/clearance strategies
* Work with Internet Creative Team to develop images, content, features, promos and landing pages within website to drive product sales
* Participate in eCommerce photography and advises designers and stylist on charges with the creative team
* Review catalog photography to determine additional photography needs for website
* Participate in weekly site testing in order to ensure correct presentation and product data integrity
* Analyze sales for both eCommerce and registry to identify opportunities for the channel; Communicate opportunities and findings to cross channel partners
* Assist in closely monitoring Registry results and identify and communicate opportunities
* Analyze site metrics to connect web behavioral profiles to customer, sales and merchandising data
* Review weekly and monthly sales reports
* Work with Website Coordinator to ensure products are set up accurately, in terms of price, surcharges, delivery, monogramming, requestable swatches, giftwrap flags, etc.
* Keep abreast of market trends, consumer trends, competition, customer service issues and eCommerce technology and dynamics
* Perform and maintain competitive website analysis
* Other projects as assigned

* BA/BS required
* 2-3 years previous eCommerce, retail or catalog experience (catalog experience preferred)
* Strong affinity for the product and concept
* Visual display or website merchandising experience
* Able to make timely decisions, anticipate problems and provide creative solutions
* Well-organized, detail oriented
* Proven analytical, business planning skills
* Able to deal with ambiguity and a changing environment
* Strong computer skills
