About the Team:

You will be part of the PBTeen and Pottery Barn Kids Visual Merchandising team, supporting all visual merchandising initiatives in our retail and DTC channels. As Assistant Manager you will work with the Director of Visual Merchandising to uphold our visual standards, deliver the best possible shopping experience for our customers, develop visual innovation, and ensure the profitability of the brand.

About the Role:

As a member of the Visual team, you will be responsible for assisting in all showroom and off-site setups for PBTeen and Pottery Barn Kids including seasonal Product Development meetings, Merchant final line reviews and retail floorsets. You will also be responsible for visual communications to all PBTeen retail stores.

In this role, you will:

* Manage the seasonal visual book including Photoshopping setup photos, formatting and populating content, working with graphics team to include marketing and signage, and oversee printing and distribution of book.
* Partner with Merchandising team to develop individual store seasonal floorplans and windows that accommodate their specific store needs.
* Manage floorset process including coordinating with merchants, store operations and inventory to secure samples, execute floorset and put-back showroom after completion
* Coordinate and oversee the photography of floorsets.
* Source and send seasonal props.
* Provide Weekly Updates and How-Tos to stores.
* React to store needs including visual adjustments, marketing, signage needs, etc.
* Assist Director of Visual with seasonal internal setups
* Assist with styling and propping 

* Assist with setup of special events including GMC, Board of Director's Meetings, Annual Kick-offs and PR Events.

* You have 3 - 5 years experience in visual merchandising.
* You have a good working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign programs
* You have previous project management experience in a deadline-driven environment.
* You have excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
* You are a team player who works and communicates well with cross-functional partners
* You have a passion for visual merchandising
