Digital Web Creative is a dynamic team of talented, digital marketing designers and digital production artists. We work closely with our copy counterparts to make our catalogs, emails and marketing assets come alive with the Pottery Barn Kids' brand voice. We also collaborate closely with our cross-functional partners in eCom, Development, Brand Marketing, Photo Studio and PR to name a few! About the Role

The Creative Digital Manager will work on and oversee creative designs and developments for the website, mobile site, emails, emarketing and will manage the digital team.

You're excited about this opportunity because you will...

* Oversee creative designs for
* Work with Creative Director to strategize and introduce new and innovative digital designs and features.
* Manage design and creative deliverables to schedule, including internal milestones and freelance and vendor milestones.
* Develop and evolve process as business and creative needs change.
* Performance manage Senior Designers, delivering continual coaching and feedback.
* Develop and coach Junior Designers and temps.
* Represent ideas and process at partner meetings.
* Oversee integration of creative with partner teams.
* Continually drive and evolve brand standards for the design of the website.
* Develop strategies for new mobile and website functionality, efficiency and programs, and actively contribute to planning conversations and decision about functionality, new programs and design.

We're excited about you because...

* You have a bachelor's degree in Visual, Web or Graphic Design
* You have a demonstrated record of bringing new ideas to fruition.
* Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch and InVision
* Ability to juggle and prioritize multiple, competing tasks.
* Outstanding communication skills.
* Meticulous attention to detail and work well within tight deadlines.
* Knowledge of HTML for email and email design best practices.
* Familiarity with current online advertising practices and functionality.
* 4-6 years of digital design experience, preferably in retail brands

Technical Competencies required:

* Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator and Dreamweaver
* Sketch and InVision
* Clear knowledge of Dreamweaver
* HTML, CSS and coding
