JOB DESCRIPTION

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is looking for a Digital Production Coordinator for the Pottery Barn Kid band. This person will assist in maintaining web content digital assets to provide a best-in-class customer experience through shop paths and product pages as part of the Digital Web Creative team.

ABOUT THE TEAM

Digital Web Creative is a dynamic team of talented, digital marketing designers and digital production artists. We work closely with our copy counterparts to make our catalogs, emails and digital assets come alive with the Pottery Barn Kids brand voice. We also collaborate closely with our cross-functional partners in eCom, Front End, Brand Marketing, Photo Studio and PR to name a few! We are all about sharing creative ideas and supporting each other to not only do our best work, but also to build a strong sense of family and community. Come join us!

You're excited about this opportunity because you will...

* Maintain complex web content management systems to provide visual cohesion per category for product pages, alt imagery, product details and category thumbnails
* Organize, maintain, and archive digital assets in preparation for weekly and seasonal launches
* Crop, color-correct and alter photo files in Photoshop as needed
* Support collaborations, copyrights and licensing approval process for product imagery and shop paths
* Assist product personalization process with ecom teams and vendors
* Assist image delivery of product images to support Marketing and Public Relations teams
* Assist video placement and process with video and merchant teams
* Collaborate with and support Web Content team members on Pottery Barn Kids and PBteen Digital Creative teams
* Coordinate and support up-to-date image photo accuracy and consistency across all US and Global digital platforms and websites
* Provide creation and consistency of category shop paths and product pages
* Work with creative teams to execute new and brand initiatives
* Work with creative team members to maintain processes, to keep servers, files and preview site to team standards
* Work effectively and efficiently with the creative teams and cross-functional partners to meet brand and team deadlines
* Work and collaborate with our family of brands, Pottery Barn, PBteen, Williams Sonoma, WS Home, West Elm, Rejuvenation and Mark and Graham
* Maintain cross-functional and cross-brand workflow processes and standards
* Participate in weekly and seasonal site testing
* Continually drive and evolve Pottery Barn Kids brand standards for product pages

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

We're excited about you because...

* You have a 4 year bachelor's degree
* Highly proficient in Adobe Photoshop
* Experience with Web-based Content Management systems
* Highly proficient in Mac OSX (connecting to servers, organizing files, and sharing documents)
* Experience working cross-functionally across many teams and departments
* Proficient in all Microsoft Office programs, most importantly Excel
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Strong organization skills; must be highly detail-oriented
* Strong ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
* 1+ years of related work experience
