JOB DESCRIPTION

About the Team:

The PBK photography team drives visual storytelling for brand assets from the creation of the look and feel of the photography to the execution of creative ideas.

About The Role:

The art director will lead the creative vision for the season from the overall aesthetic look and feel down in the details of set design, propping and wardrobe direction. This position will oversee a large rotating group of freelance photographers and stylists and will be responsible for communicating the vision and details to the team. The art director will split their time between art directing on set and working in a corporate environment preparing for future shoots.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

* You are creative, collaborative, and flexible.
* You can pitch your ideas and present your work to cross functional partners and are a pro at reacting to feedback and changes.
* You love a fast-paced environment.
* You have an eye for design and detail and are comfortable with directing interior photography as well as model photography.
* You have a degree from a 4-year school, 5 or more years of on-set art direction experience and 2 or more years of experience working in a corporate environment.
* You have a high proficiency in Photoshop, CaptureOne, Illustrator, and Sketchup.
* experience with interior photography and set-design
