About the Role

Our Creative Manager is responsible for understanding and executing the seasonal creative vision on catalog and internet photography shoots. Our Creative Manager will serve as primary point of contact for members of the Photography teams and will manage 3-4 team members.

* Support the VP of Mark and Graham with all creative direction and brand strategy
* Direct internet photography shoots with input from VP
* Set design and location scouting
* Be responsible for creative direction for each season
* Help build relationships with Creative Services, Photo and Merchandising teams
* Attend all merchandise and pre-production meetings and film reviews
* Gain knowledge of software, digital requirements and all aspects of photography, such as lighting and composition

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

We're excited about you because you have...

* Minimum of 3 years in management in a creative or marketing environment
* The ability to motivate and create a fun and healthy team environment
* Location & studio photography experience (preferred)
* Color and printing process experience (preferred)
* Visual merchandising and styling experience (preferred)
* An undergraduate degree in related field
* Solid knowledge of Adobe Suite and Microsoft Office programs
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Strong organization skills; detail-oriented
* Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks

Technical Competencies required:

* Adobe Suite (required)
* Microsoft Office (required)
* Presentation skills
* Artistic background (sketching and graphics highly preferred)
