About the Team

This is a part time role (24 hours a week) in which you will be part of the Mark & Graham CRM team, working with brand ecommerce, creative, copy, production and deployment leads to support email and our print catalog. The CRM team is focused on delivering personalized cross-channel content to our customers through testing and the optimization of our marketing investment.

About the Role

In the CRM/Email Analyst role, you will be responsible for executing catalog and email campaigns from start to finish focusing on targeting, testing, analysis and optimization. You will make marketing recommendations and manage a budget. You will work cross-functionally and play an important role in this small and growing brand.

* Be a hands-on marketer, setting up campaigns, developing strategy and analyzing results.
* Participate in preparing seasonal and quarterly performance recaps and presentations to brand partners. Provide ad hoc reporting and analyses upon request.
* Interact with peers on other WSI brands to share best practices and test results.
* Maintain key documents -- assist with email and catalog calendars, trigger documentation, and more.
* Responsible for weekly email reporting, including customer engagement metrics, trends, test results and campaign performance. Share with cross-functional stakeholders in Merchandising, Creative and Inventory, making recommendations for improvements based on findings.
* Monitor email capture success and overall email health and make recommendations for changes where appropriate.
* Manage, verify and track invoices, obtain approvals and maintain expense history binder, and reconcile actual versus budgeted expenses -- communicate variances and reasoning to the team. Submit to external partners in a timely manner.
* Coordinate tracking tags for all email campaigns from production through approval process using spreadsheet macros.
* Assign and test all email campaign links for accuracy prior to launch. Maintain historical archive. Coordinate with brand to define appropriate landing pages.
* Develop circulation and test plans for catalog and other marketing campaigns.
* Execute catalog campaigns from start to finish, coordinating all steps with internal partners (database, production, data science, creative), list processing vendor, and printer.
* Liaison with internal and external service groups to seek continual improvement.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

* Bachelor's Degree
* 1-2 years general business experience
* Retail industry experience a plus
* Direct Marketing experience preferred
* Proven analytical and organizational skills
* Moderate Excel skills
* Ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects in a deadline driven environment

* Proactive, can-do personality
