JOB DESCRIPTION

Provide support and coordination for Senior Buyer and/ or Buyer and Associate Buyer in specified merchandise categories for all channels of sales. Input, proof and analyze data for all areas of merchandising management.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: CATALOG/INTERNET (DTC)

* Create and maintain catalog pagination files.
* Create and assemble Creative Meeting presentations for quarterly paginations.
* Assess photo sample needs; order and track timely delivery of samples.
* Quarterly link and code all merchandise to appropriate media.
* Facilitate all stages of catalog proofing and maintenance.
* Research and respond to daily issues.
* Mark catalogs with sales vs. plan information monthly.
* Facilitate all customer issues from direct calls, Distribution Center and Customer Care Center.
* Input data and online messages as necessary for Care Center.
* Care Center quarterly training support.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

* BA/BS required.
* Previous experience in merchandising.
* Advanced Excel skills
* Attention to detail.
* Ability to work in a fast pace, often-changing environment required.
