Position Summary

Design, organize and coordinate site assets, landing pages and graphics to meet brand creative standards and deadlines.

* Design site assets and creative that meets business and customer needs.
* Design monthly/seasonal content/brand pages based on creative briefs and design direction.
* Work with the team on various projects and initiatives
* Conceptualize and offer creative solutions for innovating, improving and optimizing various areas on the site.
* Contribute to the master department calendar and schedules.

Specific Responsibilities

* Manage all of the digital assets for the Williams-Sonoma. Partner with site operations and IT to manage the DAM (Digital Asset Manager).
* Manage the square cut and outline photo process including: overseeing shot lists for outline photo and managing the square cut list including; scheduling, prepros with merchandising/catalog, asset delivery and final color trafficking for internet needs.
* Seasonal photo numbers; includes tracking to budgets, outline updates on photographers, process and refinements.
* Manage and support specific PIP data elements:
* Color swap
* Alts/swatches
* Personalization
* Manage Facebook and Blog photo delivery process


* Strong project management skills
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* 2-4 years related design/work experience
* High proficiency in Adobe Design Suite / Flash a plus
* Exceptional organization skills as well as attention to detail
* Deadline driven
