JOB SUMMARY:

This expansion will be done through company-owned & operated stores/DTC channels, and through strategic franchise partnerships.

This is a 6 months maternity cover role. The Order Management Specialist has direct responsibility in purchase order placements that support the inventory needs of our Franchise Partners, will participate in the day-to-day activities of issuing purchase orders, executing purchase order revisions and updating merchandise list with order placement data. This position will also be involved in weekly sales & inventory report generation to recap and provide updated order and shipping information to the Franchise Partners.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Support the Assistant Brand Planner(s) by entering purchase orders into the RMS or NetSuite system and updating this information into the merchandise list
* Work with Assistant Brand Planners to adjust and update purchase orders to drive franchise revenue
* Confirm purchase order placements are successfully transmitted to Vendor Partners
* Maintain accuracy of ship dates, quantities, costs and descriptions in purchase orders
* Monitor and keep track of sku pass emails to ensure purchase orders are issued in a timely manner
* Generate franchise weekly sales and inventory reports
* Complete other duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

QUALIFICATIONS:

* Candidate must possess a tertiary qualification with 1-2 years' of retail experience in a Merchandising and/or Purchasing role (Fresh Graduates are welcome)
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel
* Meticulous and detail-oriented
* Strong organizational skills & ability to multi-task
* Demonstrate sense of urgency & ability to seek-out solutions
* Superior written, communication & listening skills
* Ability to work in a fast paced, collaborative environment
