This position will be the primary brand-specific contact for planning and managing business for WSI's international Company-Owned and operated stores /DTC channel

Manage and control inventory levels to achieve concept sales, inventory, profit and turnover objectives. Identify business risks and opportunities and propose solutions to maximize sales objectives. Perform Planning responsibilities for multiple departments for a Brand.


Merchandise planning/Financials:

* Manage and maintain department merchandise financial forecast (OTB/rolling forecast). Take timely action to maximize sales, profitability and inventory productivity.
* Communicate major flow changes to manager for budget (OTB) maintenance.
* Plan sales and forecast appropriate inventory levels by SKU.
* Forecast, review and revise inventory purchases to maintain optimum inventory flow, determine quantity to purchase for new and continuing SKUs.
* Develop and provide appropriate business analysis to influence future purchases and assortment strategies.
* Maintain and update sales data re-order tool to ensure accuracy of item level projections.
* Identify potential inventory liabilities and take appropriate actions to bring quantity to a desired level.
* Provide initial and future order quantities to support New store sales volume and store count growth.
* Liaise with U.S counterparts, merchandising, sourcing and the distribution centers through teleconference and emails.
* Build a team relationship within team & across functions




* Candidate must possess at least a relevant degree with at least 5 years of retail planning
* Strong business acumen, financial analysis, and technical skills
* Efficient in analyzing large volume of data from multiple reports
* Able to communicate effectively via teleconference and emails with U.S counterparts
* Superior written communication and presentation skills
* Strong listening skills
* Ability to work in a fast paced, off regular office hours and collaborative environment
* Able to deliver results by influencing internal and external partners
* International experience preferred
