Position Summary

The Trade Sales Support position reports to the Trade Sales and Project Manager supporting key processes and functions essential to the Outside Trade Sales Reps including writing quotes and processing orders. This position will also provide front line support via phone and email, handling incoming Trade inquiries, entering and processing orders, resolving customer issues, and providing an overall superior level of service to all Trade customers.

Specific Responsibilities

* Provide sales support to Outside Trade Reps by generating quotes, assisting in the processing of sales, and fielding questions from Trade Reps and external Trade customers.
* Provide phone and email support for incoming Trade inquiries, providing prompt, courteous, and professional service.
* Process Trade orders to be released for production and shipping.
* Identify customer needs. Assist customers with product selection by providing appropriate product choices, related items, and additional information as needed.
* Complete customer order entry efficiently and accurately. Analyze and communicate product estimate ship dates. Provide customers with appropriate care and other service information.
* Provide customers with follow up service including; status checks, change orders, damaged, and displaced orders. Provide exceptional level of service by responding to concerns and questions politely and accurately.
* Represent Rejuvenation with integrity in all interactions, offering exceptional levels of service at all times.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
* Strong organizational skills with good attention to detail
* 2-3 years prior customer service experience.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with a variety of internal and external customers/clients/business partners
