Position Summary:

This Contract Tech Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, assessing, interviewing and influencing talent for all levels of positions, with a primary focus on Technology recruiting. This is a 4-6 month contract with the potential to become permanent.

Specific Responsibilities:

* Develops recruitment strategy for each open position in partnership with field leadership; clearly defines sourcing strategies and expectations.
* Develops candidate slates to present to Hiring Managers and works as a liaison between candidates, Hiring Managers and Human Resource partners throughout the full cycle recruiting process.
* Works closely with other HR departments to provide input to and participate in HR programs and initiatives, such as post-hire retention, relocation, and interview skills training.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Requirements:

* 5+ years corporate recruiting experience, preferably in-house
* Technology recruiting experience required
* Retail and Creative experience preferred
* Bachelor's degree preferred
* Demonstrated ability to build sustaining customer relationships
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Proven ability to identify and recruit talented individuals
* Proven ability to manage a fast-paced work environment
* Proven expertise in sourcing, name generation, and cold-calling
