* 5 or more years of hands-on experience developing software with Informatica or Ab Initio and at least 2 years of technical lead experience.
* 5 or more years experience in analyzing, designing, coding, testing, implementation, documentation and maintaining complex software programs.
* 2 or more years experience developing in a UNIX/Teradata environment required.
* Understanding of data integration best practices in data warehouse environment.
* SQL programming and performance tuning experience is required.
* Strong experience in Data Quality, Source Systems Analysis, Business Rules Validation, Source-Target Mapping Design and High Volume Data Loads.
* Experience with Data Warehouse development.
* Understanding of data modeling desired.
* Experience with Oracle desired.
* BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
* Considerable business knowledge, preferably in the retail industry.
* Ability to exercise judgment within broadly defined practices and policies in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criterion for obtaining results.
* Demonstrated leadership in instructing, guiding and overseeing the work of team members.
* Strong written and oral communication skills are essential.
* Strong development analysis skills and be qualified to technically lead a team of developers.
* Enough practical experience to train others in decision making, risk assessment, job knowledge, analysis, and project management.
* Ability to work independently and multi-task to meet critical deadlines in a rapidly changing environment.
* Control-M experience is a plus along with PowerCenter ETL and Hadoop experience
