About the Team

You will be part of the Talent team responsible for sourcing and recruiting exceptional, diverse talent for key roles in Finance, Operations, Store Design, Marketing, HR, Business Development, Technology and other cross-brand corporate functions. Our job is to ensure that every hiring manager and candidate has the best experience possible, while employing creative, collaborative recruitment techniques.

About the Role

In this Contract Sr Recruiter role, you will be a strategic partner to hiring managers while leading candidates through the recruiting process and maintaining a high req load. This is a full-cyle recruiting role, where you will source, attract, and hire candidates of all levels for a variety of corporate functions. This is a 3-6 month contract, on-site at our San Francisco headquarters, with the potential to become a full-time position.

You're excited about this opportunity because you will...

* Autonomously and independently manage 10-30 requisitions across corporate functions
* Strategically partner with hiring managers to better understand their role, their team, and their immediate and long-term hiring needs
* Educate and guide hiring managers on the recruitment process, for both temp and permanent roles
* Partner with your HR team on programs and initiatives, and seek their advice on complicated issues
* Creatively source passive candidates and guide them through the recruitment process
* Provide awesome customer service to hiring managers and candidates
* Develop and manage a pipeline of talent
* Be an ambassador for our culture and values, seeking candidates who bring fresh ideas and diverse backgrounds to the table
* Document interview notes in our ATS and share candidates with other recruiters
* Partner with a cross functional group of subject matter experts to design and execute your talent acquisition strategies

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

* You have 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience for corporate / G&A roles (Agency and Diversity and Inclusion experience is a strong plus)
