Job Purpose:

In this role, you will directly manage Pay Per Click/ SEM (Search Engine Marketing) and Shopping/ PLA account strategies, and execute day to day tactics to increase revenue, site traffic, and conversion, and maximize return on ad spend across several brands. You will manage budgets including revenue and spend forecasts, and deliver regular reports, analysis and insights to measure and improve marketing program effectiveness. You will also manage seasonal keyword builds and audits, campaign testing, promotion execution, and daily bid optimization. This role reports into the Manager, SEM.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

* Plan, manage, and execute paid search/ PPC and Shopping campaigns, including but not limited to account setup, implementation of strategies in tool, campaign structure, budget management, and daily bidding.
* Daily campaign bid management with detailed attention to ROI and budget.
* Keyword analysis: Build seasonal keyword lists, analyze search volume, and make recommendations to eMarketing team.
* Write paid search copy, ensuring Brand guidelines met, for new ads and continually test and optimize existing ads.
* Make recommendations and execute promotional support.
* Execute on Shopping strategies and implement updates based on product launches.
* Deliver weekly and monthly search performance reports to eMarketing team and Brand partners.
* Support eMarketing team with ad hoc reporting.
* Collaborate with Search Engines to optimize SEM performance and stay educated on new opportunities.
* Test betas related to SEM working closely with Supervisor and report on results to eMarketing team.
* Stay educated on SEM bidding technology changes.
* Stay appraised and educated in SEM industry trends.
* Support eMarketing team with monthly accrual and invoices processing.
* Participate in weekly meetings with eMarketing team to review SEM performance and priorities.


* BS/BA Required
* 1-2 years minimum experience in online marketing with a focus on SEM campaign management, or equivalent experience
* SEM bid management platform experience a plus
* Google Adwords professional (GAP) and other SEM platforms certified a plus
* Strong MS Excel skills
* Knowledge of SQL a plus
* Well-organized, high attention to detail, deadline-oriented
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to synthesize technical detail and communicate across the organization
* Knowledge of a site analytics tool a plus
* Enjoys working with others as part of a team
* Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
