JOB DESCRIPTION

To provide administrative support.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

* Manage appointment calendar with both internal and external demands.
* Arrange meetings, set-up conference calls and book travel arrangements.
* Prepare presentations.
* Provide general support to visitors and other external inquiries.

SECONDARY FUNCTIONS:

Manage Corporate office supply policy and procedures.
* Act as liaison with other departments to provide assistance with miscellaneous requests.
* Work closely and cooperatively within all levels of management.
* Perform and prioritize other assignments and projects to support team.
* Perform other assignments and projects as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

* 5 years experience as an executive assistant.
* Strong knowledge of computers, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Project.
* Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
* Ability to work on multiple projects in a deadline driven environment.
* Strong organizational skills.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Commitment to providing excellent customer service internally and externally.
