The ITSM department is responsible for managing the roadmap timeline, develops business requirements to find solutions to customer use cares, design & testing collaboration, implementation planning & management, and on time product delivery. ITSM is a part of the IT Technology Solutions organization that is a shared service team who supports all WSI associates enterprise wide across the globe. This role within the ITSM is 100% focused on providing enterprise wide solutions to managing work and systems. The ITSM team works with all user communities to deliver solutions that change the way people work.

As a Product Manager with our ITSM team you'll help lead IT solution product development teams, integrations and automation initiatives on cloud and on premise platforms. You'll be at the forefront of IT Operations transformation, delivering the following benefits: cost savings, productivity gain and user experience improvements. Essential Functions

* Develops and implements product solution strategies for the assigned product categories.
* Serves as a liaison between the business community and the IT organization to provide product and user experience solutions to meet the business needs
* Develops detailed business requirements and translates them into functional specifications for the IT organization and manages changes to such specifications
* Prepares business processes and recommendations
* Uses skills as seasoned, experienced professional with a full understanding of industry practices, company policies & procedures and company culture
* Resolves a wide range of issues in innovative and practical ways
* Demonstrates excellent interpersonal, business communication and writing skills
* Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors
* Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action
* Builds productive internal/external working relationships
* Networks with senior internal and external personnel in own area of expertise
* Expert at articulating value proposition and delivering product presentations to stakeholders
* Trains teams on process & products within ITSM, develops training materials and leads focus groups for early adoption of new initiatives

Manage processes and procedures in the assigned categories to successfully execute and deliver products on time, which meet the design, quality and value mission.

* Work closely with offshore & domestic cross functional departments on product development, concerns and improvements
* Coordinates with all support areas: Planning, Requirements, Design, Testing, Training, Communication, Implementation and Production Support

* 4+ years college education (BA/BS)
* Minimum 3 years' experience in supporting and developing end-user tool experience in a retail organization
* Strong knowledge of product management & process modeling
* Background in ITIL, Agile, Lean IT, DevOps suggested, not required
* Experience with product development software a plus
* Some travel required
