POSITION SUMMARY:

This experienced recruiter will lead and coordinate all college recruiting efforts including attending on-campus events, interviews for internship and manage leadership development programs such as MIT and RLDP. They will lead the Summer Internship Program including logistics, on-boarding, project assignment administration and related special events. They will be responsible for assisting in the development and management of our University Relations strategy to improve our employer of choice branding, drive college recruiting efforts and achieve meaningful hiring results.
