POSITION SUMMARY:

This HR leadership role is responsible for managing all aspects of talent management for the WSI Supply Chain, Mfg., Customer Care Center organization. This person will provide thought leadership, strategic direction and subject matter expertise in all facets of Talent Management and Organizational Effectiveness. This includes full-cycle talent acquisition, leadership development, performance management, succession planning and talent retention.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

* Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Human Resources or related discipline; Master?s Degree a plus.
* Requires a minimum of ten years of broad-based HR experience in progressively responsible HR Staff and Management roles.
* The demonstrated ability to drive business results through HR and broader business initiatives.
* Ability to manage change throughout the organization.
* Comprehensive working knowledge of all HR functions: Employee Relations, Safety, Compensation, Benefits, HRIS, Staffing/Recruiting, Training and Development and Union Avoidance. Proven experience in planning, coordinating and directing comprehensive HR activities/services through a team of HR professionals.
* Must be able to instill confidence in line management with HR Services support.
* Must be results driven and work well within a deadline-oriented environment. Ability to apply and adapt best practices and techniques to the special requirements of senior management.
* Must demonstrate good customer service skills, have the ability to effectively communicate with associates at all levels, and possess strong analytical and decision-making skills.
* Successful experience in leading and managing both people and process during stable and seasonal periods.
