Job Summary:

The Warehouse Lead is a fast-paced position in our Brisbane Distribution Center. In this important role, you will lead a team of warehouse employees in the processing, organizing, and moving of product. We're looking for a leader with excellent communication skills and a positive, motivating attitude.

Specific Responsibilities:

Perform warehouse leadership functions including (but not limited to):

* Receiving, stocking, picking, cataloging and processing returns
* Operate power equipment, such as a forklift
* Communicate with photo teams, buying groups, and other cross-functional teams
* Operate radio frequency scanner
* Enforce all standard operating procedures, company policies, and safety compliance
* Lead a team of warehouse coordinators
* Multi-task and reprioritize workload in a fast-paced environment
* Other projects as assigned


* High School diploma
* Critical thinking and basic math skills
* Ability to lift 70 lbs
* Forklift certification
* Working knowledge of PC, including email (Outlook) and Microsoft Word
* Ability to self-prioritize and manage multiple projects at once
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
