The Project Manager for New Business will be responsible for overseeing the creative department's timeline and budget for all projects supporting our New Business Initiatives. This role will support the creative operations and asset delivery of all digital and print initiatives for new business, including Workspace, Hotels, and Hospitality. This person should be self-motivated, a strong interpersonal communicator and multitasker, as this position is a cross-functional team leader working seamlessly between departments and external business partners and vendors. This role should have experience implementing strategies to streamline workflow and gain efficiencies and can anticipate growth and responsibility increases as the business continues to develop in regard to project breadth and quantity. Our ideal candidate should be able to manage the team's time and resources and have the ability to react to business needs accordingly.


Essential Functions:
* Day to Day responsibilities include constant cross channel communication, across multiple teams and projects, an attention to detail, and a self-motivation to deliver all assets on time and within budget. This will require fostering strong relationships within the department.
* Seasonal responsibilities include managing trade show deliverables -- both printed and digital -- as well as managing upcoming marketing initiatives in new markets.
* Schedule and lead meetings and presentations to the executive team
* Develop and maintain strong relationships through all stages of a project, including scope, development, execution, and delivery
* Work with the head of project management and creative teams to deliver successful print and digital projects

* 3-5+ years of project management or equivalent experience
* Must have experience and a deep understanding of digital design and the development process.
* Must be a knowledgeable collaborator with a solid understanding of various print forms (e.g., direct mail, packaging and signage), processes, and techniques
* This person should be a critical thinker with the ability to work with many different work styles and backgrounds.
* Highly efficient worker with excellent customer service, management, motivational, and negotiation skills
* Organizational master and multi-tasker with the ability to remain calm and enthusiastic in a deadline-driven environment
* Entrepreneurial spirit: this person should feel ownership over the position and should feel free to adjust process as they see needed.
* Collaboration: this is a critical part of the success of this position as it will be the key to uniting the team and successfully managing each project
* Excellent communicator
* Management skills encouraged
* A fluency in Microsoft Office, knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
* A fluency in Project Management Tools (Basecamp, SmartSheet, Opal, or equivalents)
