Essential Functions
* Create original woven designs based on seasonal concepts/trends.
* Weave original swatches.
* Develop original designs into product for window and upholstery categories.
* Create presentation boards.
* Present products and concepts to design and merchandising teams.
* Communicate ideas clearly and effectively.
* Identify ideas to be developed.
* Develop colorways.
* Fabric development.
* Gather market research .

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Qualifications
* Minimum 5 years product design experience.
* Experience in residential and contract upholstery a plus.
* Degree in Textile Design or equivalent experience.
* Design Skills, Creative and Inspirational thinker, Deadline driven.
* Must be proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
* Must be able to weave.
* Strong color sense
* Excellent communication skills
