This role ensures that team systems and processes are running smoothly, maximizing the team's capabilities by paying thoughtful attention to the needs of the team, cross-functional partners, and the stores. Seeking solutions to the issues that face teams and groups, and facilitating meaningful connections that ultimately benefit each individual as well as the community as a whole.

Core responsibilities:
* Perform weekly reporting and develop ad hoc reporting, as necessary.
* Execute transfer of inventory between Retail, online, and outlet concepts to achieve ideal inventory levels based on current and future demand.
* Support Distribution Planners in management of allocation strategies, maintaining appropriate in-stock, service levels, and weeks on hand targets.
* Set-up and maintain replenishment models within the allocation system to ensure timely processing of new, current, and discontinued merchandise.
* Resolve allocation issues and follow-up with the field, as needed.
* Strong analytical skills to further support departments sales and service level goals.
* Knowledge of Excel and Microsoft suites
* Attention to detail and understanding of complex retail fleet

* Planning/allocation experience a plus
* Demonstrated strong analytical and problem solving skills
* Thorough understanding of retail math
* Understanding of retail supply chain
* Proficient in Excel
* College degree preferred
