Position Summary

Design, organize and coordinate site assets, landing pages and graphics to meet brand creative standards and deadlines.

Specific Responsibilities

* Maintain and develop the aesthetic of the Rejuvenation website.
* Own significant design and production responsibilities for sections of the website and new projects for the Creative team; liason with the eCommerce leadership team.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to continuously improve the brand and user experience via the website.
* Work with the design team to identify and implement process improvements that make the design group more efficient and effective.
* Understand and work around the functionalities provided by new site platforms.
* Extensively keep abreast of technical innovations, research competitors and develop innovative online interactive approaches.
* Collaborate with Marketing team to ensure that the needs of the company are being communicated clearly across our web platform.
* Present work during creative reviews -- explain rationale, process and methodologies of the design communication.
* Heavy production on certain elements of the site to include: image production, landing/web page development, color changes, email campaigns, homepage, banner and navigational graphic updates.
* Collaborate with various departments to ensure that web content is meeting departmental needs.
* Assist with other projects and duties, as assigned by management

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

* Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or equivalent experience.
* At least four years of retail eCommerce experience, or work with a similar lifestyle focused brand.
* Thorough understanding of overall web site design, including usability, industry standards, architecture, responsive design and navigation across various browsers and devices.
* Solid knowledge in HTML, MS Office
* Highly competent with Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, InDesign a plus.
* Strong typography skills
* Able to make timely decisions anticipate problems and provide creative solutions.
* Able to handle changing priorities.
* Strong project management skills and ability to work independently.
