Position Summary

About the Team

You will be a part of the Photo Warehouse team, working to actively maintain and improve the photo sample inventory and systems. You will work with the team to ensure samples are in peak condition and that teams in need of our product are given the best internal customer service possible. Our team plays an important behind the scenes role in bringing the aspirational aesthetic of Rejuvenation to life.

About the Role

Receive, properly tag, and input all inbound merchandise. Pull, pack, and prepare for shipment all outbound merchandise. Maintain sample database system as requested. Work with Merchandise Coordinators and Producer to ensure proper handling of photo samples. Put away samples and assist with reorganization when needed. Work with cross functional partners to facilitate the movement of samples for showback, floor set, and PR needs.

Specific Responsibilities

* Receive product as delivered daily via common carriers, FedEx, UPS, or other; document receipt of product
* Open products, dispose of packing materials as directed. Assist in the documentation process of all products including e-mail or phone notification to recipients regarding product arrival
* Properly tag each item and verify accurate computer entry
* Verify and enter warehouse location prior to placing on shelf or upon receipt of returned items
* Update all files daily for accurate tracking of information
* Assist with picking and packing items for delivery
* Assist with package recovery and client problem solving as directed or needed
* Assist Photo Coordinators with pull lists and changes as needed for photo process
* Keep warehouse/work area safe and clean according to general warehousing practices and OSHA requirements
* Assist with loading/unloading trucks and delivery of product as needed
* Assist with product relocation projects in warehouse according to space needs
* Assist with re-ordering supplies as needed
* Assist with Sample Sale, special product projects, and other projects as requested by Product and/or Warehouse Manager

* Prior experience in warehouse environment
* Familiarity with brands and merchandise a plus
* Aptitude with warehouse machinery (forklift, pallet jacks, etc.)
* Ability to lift a minimum of 75lbs
* Valid driver's license and personal vehicle available for transportation between local buildings.
* Strong understanding of Excel and other spreadsheet based programs a plus
