Position Summary

The Business Systems Analyst supports Microsoft Dynamics AX based ERP, Engineering, Manufacturing and Operational continuous improvement projects. Provides complex data analysis, metrics and reporting and is a key player in the overall business performance.

Specific Responsibilities

* Develop and manage business process improvements
* Help business customers understand how business processes can be improved
* Develop metrics and reports using Dynamics AX, Engineering, Operational, Cube, and Lean Data
* Examine, review, refine, and document business requirements so they are specific, reliable, and accurate
* Manage testing of system modifications
* Facilitate system training and updating of training materials (DAX)

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

* Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, IT Systems / Programming, Math, or Business preferred
* 3+ years of ERP experience or similar system support in a Manufacturing Environment.
* 3+ years of experience developing processes and analysis and reporting of complex data
* Experience in Microsoft Dynamics (DAX) strongly preferred
* Ability to develop SQL extracts and reporting
* Prior experience in business process design and integration
* Prior experience in a factory focused on incorporating and developing LEAN processes and principals preferred
* Expert-level use of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Proficient use of Microsoft Access preferred.
* Familiarity with Manufacturing and Operations
* Familiarity with ERP systems, Databases, Data Cubes
* Ability to work in a structured team environment
* Moderate to high levels of mathematics, complex problem solving, operations analysis, technology design, quality control analysis, operating control, and documentation.
