Position Summary

Execute the merchandise strategy for Rejuvenation.com -- product strategy and visual website merchandising strategy for specific product categories and functional areas of the website. Execute business strategies and visual merchandise strategies to drive sales and profit. Identify and recommend new concepts for the channel to enhance the brand.

Specific Responsibilities

* Review and execute eCommerce merchandising goals and strategies to achieve sales and gross margin goals.
* Implement integration and merchandising of key product areas throughout the website.
* Perform daily/weekly site testing to ensure correct presentation and product data integrity.
* Ensure that product is set up accurately for key areas.
* Work with Inventory management to determine product availability needs and execute sale and clearance strategies.
* Execute ongoing product data and display audits, maintain web product presentation throughout product lifecycle.
* Recommend enhancements to site merchandising features and capabilities.
* Analyze eCommerce sales opportunities for the channel. Communicate opportunities and findings to Rejuvenation eCommerce team and assist in prioritizing.
* Perform and maintain competitive website analysis, keep abreast of market trends and eCommerce trends, customer service issues, eCommerce technology, and dynamics.
* Review catalog photography to determine additional photography needs for website.
* Assist in eCommerce photography process as needed, including basic product photo editing and publishing.
* Other projects as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

* 2 years previous eCommerce, retail, or catalog experience
* Strong affinity for the Rejuvenation product and brand
* Visual display or website merchandising experience preferred.
* Data management, product information management, and/or retail analysis experience preferred.
* Basic level Photoshop or other photo-editing tool experience
* Able to make timely decisions, anticipate problems and provide creative solutions.
* Well-organized, detail oriented.
* Proven analytical, business planning skills.
* Strong computer skills, including word processing and spreadsheet applications-must have an interest in the linkage from systems to the Web.
