Associate eMarketing Manager - Pottery Barn

Support Marketing Manager in developing, evaluating and executing marketing plans to increase incremental profit for Pottery Barn brand through online initiatives. Provide analysis and insight to manage the success of marketing programs and improve efficiency. Manage creative development process for EDMs and online banners. Ensure optimal program performance by monitoring online advertising placements and recommending opportunities for optimization, and identifying and evaluating new opportunities. Ensure the marketing initiatives are in line with merchandising strategy. Interact regularly with merchants/vendors, team members, creative and cross-channel representatives as required. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

* Participate in the planning, development and execution of email marketing programs.
* Conduct measurement and analysis and leverage learnings to provide recommendations for future email programs.
* Responsible for creation and maintenance of seasonal source codes and creation of tracking links.
* Identify and evaluate new partnerships and identify opportunities for optimizing existing partnerships.
* Conduct measurement and analysis on the effectiveness and efficiency of existing partnerships and leverage these learnings in the evaluation of new opportunities.
* Ensure seamless launch and execution of all partnerships (i.e. trafficking of online creative to partners, optimizing data feed, working with Merchant team to recommend products for editorial opportunities, etc.).
* Help ensure information on site is consistent with information from all channels.
* Assist with cross channel marketing programs as needed.
* Analyze competitive marketplace and follow online advertising and email trends
* Miscellaneous reporting and measurement.


* Bachelor's degree required
* 5+ years eCommerce Merchandising and/or Marketing experience; Direct marketing and/or CRM marketing preferred
* Retail/specialty retail experience preferred
* Strategic and analytical thinker; ability to evaluate alternatives and develop effective solutions
* Ability to build effective relationships within team & with cross functional partners & vendors
* Ability to lead and develop a successful team
* Ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects in a deadline driven environment; able to deal with ambiguity in a fast-paced business
* Strong written and oral communication skills
* Proficient in Microsoft systems
