Position Summary

Design and production of site assets, landing pages and graphics to meet brand creative standards and deadlines.

Specific Responsibilities

* Production of site assets (banners, landing pages and content) that meets business and customer needs; support Senior Designer.
* Design and production of monthly/seasonal content pages based on creative briefs and design direction.
* Produce online marketing ads to affiliate design specs.
* Update PB social sites; including Facebook, Twitter, Google and YouTube.
* Manage and maintain PB Archive website.
* Work with Writer and Merchants to have eCom copy written.
* Setup of daily site assets in content management tool.
* Assist email team with email design & production as needed.
* Design within the brand style guide.
* Color correct or edit photo files in Photoshop as needed.
* Special projects and initiatives as needed.


* 1-2 years web design experience, retail eCommerce experience, or have worked with a similarly lifestyle-oriented brand.
* Strong written and verbal communications skills.
* Extremely proficient in Adobe CS, especially Photoshop.
* Solid knowledge in HTML and MS Office.
* Able to make timely decisions anticipate problems and provide creative solutions.
* Able to handle changing priorities.
* Strong project management skills and ability to work self-directed.
* Four year graphic arts degree a plus.
