Position Summary

Coordinate the preparation and organization of digital assets for the Pottery Barn eCommerce website.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

· Maintain complex content management system of all image and text banner updates

· Organize digital assets in preparation for scheduled Internet launches

· Crop and alter photo files in Photoshop as needed

· Create and maintain promotional banners, thumbnails and hero images

· Coordinate weekly builds and updates

· Work with merchants on corrections and updates to products and setup of Internet launch releases

· Work effectively and efficiently with the creative team and internal partners

· Participate in seasonal testing to maintain site accuracy and appearance

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

· 4 year bachelor's degree

· 2-4 years of related work experience

· Experience with Adobe CQ Web Content Management system or other content management systems a plus

· Highly proficient in Photoshop

· Highly proficient in all Microsoft Office programs, most importantly Excel

· Strong verbal and written communication skills

· Strong organization skills; must be highly detail-oriented and able to juggle multiple deadlines

· Strong ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
