We are looking for someone to help our Pottery Barn brands continue to reach great results by managing projects and resources that support our teams in providing great service and operating great stores.

Under limited direction, manages projects of varying size and scope for assigned Retail Operations responsibilities. May also lead sub-teams for larger projects/programs. Projects may impact multiple functions in various divisions. Subject matter expert for on processes, procedures and systems related strategies associated with the rollout to the field of any corporate initiatives.

Essential Functions:

* Administer WSI Retail Charitable Donation Program including vendor liaison, store escalation contact and development of best practices.
* Lead efforts to streamline and build operational excellence through the maintenance and updating of WSI Cross Brand Policy and Procedure library. Act as subject matter expert to advise and consult with cross functional partners requesting policy changes.
* Manage various store communication tools for our PB Brand retail stores.
* May lead/contribute/provide support to various projects.
* Communicate project status to team and business owners throughout the duration of the assignment and post implementation to make certain all impacted stakeholders have an understanding of risks, issues and activities.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Qualifications

* Retail management experience preferred
* Proven leadership skills
* Strong ability to develop effective and productive working relationships with business partners at various levels within the organization
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional project team
* Ability to manage competing priorities without compromising quality
* Ability to troubleshoot, analyze and determine root causes
* Detail oriented with excellent follow through
* Intermediate Skill level in Microsoft Office Suite of tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
* Flexible and able to adapt to changing needs of the business
* Strong problem solving skills
* Demonstrate ability to manage multiple projects from creation to implementation
