About the Team

You will be part of the Site Management team responsible for managing and implementing all product & content releases on the potterybarn.com eCom site. Our job is to support a variety of cross-functional teams to ensure that all daily, weekly & seasonal site refreshes are launched on-time to support the business.

About the Role

In the Assistant Site Manager role, you will be responsible for managing and implementing the daily marketing updates to support the Pottery Barn eCom business. You will work with our eMarketing, creative & IT teams to implement and test all site updates & releases. In this role, you will be working with a variety of cross-functional teams & stakeholders to ensure all site updates are launched on-time and error free.

* Partner eMarketing & Creative teams to manage and implement daily homepage updates
* Manage implementation of project releases, interfacing with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time and on-budget completion of project releases
* Coordinate and administer ongoing testing for each project release and major site launch
* Work with Site Manager on special projects related to operational improvements, site partnerships and comprehensive testing strategy
* Work in conjunction with Merchandise Analyst to compile and input all product data into the seasonal product information database
* Manage day to day relationships with vendors, partners and internal department teams
* Coordinate creative process between merchant, creative, eCommerce and database teams for online releases

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

We're excited about you because...

* You have a Bachelor's degree in Business or related field (an equivalent combination of related education, training, and experience may be considered)
* You have superior computer skills including business applications such as MS Windows and MS Office including Excel, Word and Access

* You have 1 - 3 years in website production, including online marketing, email marketing or online media and ecommerce

* You're able to make timely decisions, anticipate problems, and provide creative solutions
* You are well-organized and detail-oriented
