JOB DESCRIPTION

The Visual Coordinator will assist the corporate Visual Merchandise team for Pottery Barn Kids.

Responsibilities:

Weekly:

* Communicate contents of weekly box to Store Operations.
* Update/maintain Visual Department and Brand calendars.
* Assist in collating/packing/delivering visual and graphics communication, signs and props to mailroom for store box.
* Create/guide production and distribute new item signs, reissues, special sign requests and price changes as needed to all stores.
* Organize and maintain signage and visual packet filing systems.
* Assist and Visual Director as needed

Monthly

* Generate/guide production and distribute monthly visual packets for windows, features and special promotions to stores and internal teams.
* Assist in design and production of window posters and vinyls.
* Design/guide the production of special signs for promotional events, monthly themes, select store merchandise.
* Present new graphic projects to Director for approval.
* Track, forecast and submit POs/invoices for signage and visual packets.
* Schedule/coordinate sign proof sessions with Merchant teams as needed.
* Order/maintain sign stock and visual and graphic supplies as needed

Quarterly

* Generate/produce/distribute visual packet for windows, features and perimeters to stores and internal teams.
* Create/produce scale floorplans with features for three store groups.
* Schedule/design/guide production of Private Label Packaging insert cards and hangtags in coordination with Assistant Buyers.
* Generate/produce/distribute new item signage and feature signs and to all stores.
* Design/produce special graphic projects (brochures, PI sheets, postcards) as needed

Yearly

* Provide graphic support for Annual Brand Conference merchandise presentations.
* Assist in the organization and delivery of props, visual supplies, graphics and merchandise to the Annual Brand Conference.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Requirements:

* 1-2 years experience in visual merchandising
* Previous project management experience in a deadline driven environment.
* Excellent communication skills (written/verbal).
* Ability to work independently.
* Adobe Suite and light graphics production experience
