Temporary - Assistant Email Marketing Manager

Support Email Marketing Manager in developing, evaluating and executing marketing plans to increase incremental profit for the Pottery Barn Kids brand through email initiatives. Provide analysis and insight to manage the success of marketing programs and improve efficiency. Manage creative development process for EDMs and online banners. Ensure the marketing initiatives are in line with merchandising strategy. Interact regularly with merchants, team members, creative and cross-channel representatives as required.

Essential Functions:

* Brief cross-functional partners in emarketing on planned promotional activity to ensure accurate and smooth campaign launches
* Participate in the planning, development and execution of email marketing programs.
* Ensure all brand promotions and initiatives are supported across the relevant emarketing channels, including banner ad creation.
* Responsible for seamless email launches and execution (i.e. proofing all emails, links, legal and depictions to ensure accuracy)
* Help ensure information on site is consistent with information from all online marketing channels.
* Assist with cross channel marketing programs as needed.
* Analyze competitive marketplace and follow online advertising and email trends
* Miscellaneous reporting and measurement.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Requirements/ Qualifications:

* 1-3 years experience in a marketing, advertising or eCommerce environment
